Beasiswa Luar Negeri Kementerian Kominfo

Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika memanggil Pemudi-pemuda terbaik tanah air untuk mengikuti seleksi beasiswa pendidikan S2 luar negeri bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara, TNI, POLRI, dan Karyawan/karyawati swasta yang bekerja di sektor Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (dosen dan tenaga pengajar tidak diperkenankan mengikuti beasiswa ini), dengan persyaratan:

1.  Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI);

2.  Berusia maksimal 37 tahun pada tanggal 31 Desember 2017;

3.  Belum memiliki gelar S2 dan tidak sedang menerima beasiswa lain dan/atau sedang mengikuti program pendidikan S2 dari lembaga lain;

4.  Mendapatkan izin pejabat yang berwenang;

5.  Telah memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 (dua) tahun;

6.  Pelamar harus menunjukkan potensi menjadi pemimpin, pembuat keputusan, memiliki atribut personal, integritas, intelektual dan interpersonal yang mencerminkan potensi ini;

7.  Akan kembali ke Indonesia setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan;

8.  Diutamakan telah mendapatkan Unconditional Letter of Acceptance (LoA) dari salah satu perguruan tinggi yang termasuk dalam 300 universitas terbaik dunia;

9.  Lulusan Sarjana (S1) dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal 3,0 (dari skala 4,0);

10.  Memiliki nilai Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) minimal 550;

11. Memiliki nilai TOEFL iBT minimal 79 atau TOEFL paper-based 570 atau IELTS 6.5;

(Syarat nomor 9  s.d 11 dikecualikan bagi mereka yang telah memiliki Unconditional LoA dari 300 universitas terbaik dunia);

12.   Masa studi maksimal 2 (dua) tahun dengan bidang studi terkait TIK, meliputi:

a.  Ekonomi terkait e-commerce, e-business, digital economy ;

b. Hukum terkait TIK (hukum siber, hukum IT, hukum telekomunikasi, dll);

c.  Media dan Komunikasi, Komunikasi Bisnis Internasional, Animasi;

d. Kebijakan publik bidang TIK;

e.  Ilmu Komputer, Teknologi Informasi, Manajemen Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Telematika, Keamanan Informasi; dan

f.  Bidang studi lain yang menunjang TIK selain Master of Business Administration (MBA) dan Kedokteran.

13. Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika akan menanggung tuition fee maksimal setara US$ 20.000 per tahun dan living expenses setara US$ 14.400 per tahun (US$1 = Rp 13.500)

Postdoc opening in perceptual/cognitive neuroscience

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research post in the Cognitive Neural systems lab (https://cogneusys.com/) led by Simon Kelly, to study computational and neural mechanisms of value-biased sensorimotor decision making under time pressure. This position is part of a project funded by Science Foundation Ireland, which involves a combination of psychophysics, computational modelling, non-invasive electrophysiology of human brain and muscle, and analyses of existing single-cell neurophysiological data. Though involvement is expected in all of these aspects, the most critical role of the postdoctoral researcher will be in computational modelling. Candidates must thus have strong analytic and programming skills, and specific experience in the computational modelling of cognitive processes.  Candidates must also be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.

Dr. Kelly's electrophysiology/psychophysics lab is situated within the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in University College Dublin, Ireland, and has strong collaborative links to cognitive and clinical neuroscience research groups both locally (e.g. Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience) and internationally (e.g. City College and Columbia University in New York). The successful applicant will have ample opportunities for wider collaborations and the learning of new skills.

Two Postdoctoral positions at the Manoach Lab @ MGH / Harvard Medical School

Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging and the
Psychiatric Neuroimaging Division of the Psychiatry Department at Massachusetts
General Hospital, Charlestown, MA and Harvard Medical School
Position Description: Clinical/Cognitive Neuroscience Research
Project: Multimodal neuroimaging studies of sleep and memory

The position will involve investigating the role of sleep in memory consolidation,
how these processes go awry in schizophrenia and autism, and the effects of
pharmacological and other interventions.  Our work has linked cognitive deficits to
specific heritable mechanisms (sleep spindles and other sleep oscillations) and we
are seeking effective interventions.  In collaboration with Dr. Robert Stickgold’s
lab at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, we are extending and expanding this
basic and clinical research program using state-of-the art tools including high
density EEG, MEG, DTI, functional connectivity MRI, fMRI, and behavioral studies. 
We are seeking someone to participate in these foundation and NIMH-funded
investigations who is familiar with cognitive neuroscience, neuroimaging methodology
including MEG and/or EEG and data analysis, and is interested in developing research
questions and optimizing analysis streams tailored to the study aims and
populations.  New approaches and ideas are encouraged, as are independent projects
that dovetail with current studies.  The position requires working closely with the
PI, as well as with Dr. Stickgold, other Martinos Center investigators, particularly
Dr. Matti Hamalainen, Director of the MEG Core Lab, and lab mates to design studies,
acquire data, and develop, explore, improve and apply data analytic techniques.
Training in clinical research and in the acquisition, analysis, and interpretation
of neuroimaging data will be provided.






Requirements: PhD (or MD) in cognitive neuroscience, psychology or a related
discipline and a strong research background are required. The ideal candidate will
have a background in MEG and/or EEG methodology; research experience with clinical
populations; experience in task design and analysis for cognitive experiments;
fluency with statistical analysis packages. A background in computational
neuroscience and/or signal processing (e.g., in Matlab) are beneficial PS. Here they

experimental psychology and sleep; interest in clinical applications.

1. Dana yg dikelola LPDP berjumlah 15,6 T, dan ada tambahan 5 T untuk tahun 2016 sehingga keseluruhan menjadi 20,6T

2. Hal yg blm byk diketahui org, bahwa LPDP bkn hanya mengelola dana untuk beasiswa, namun juga mengelola dana untuk investasi, dana bantuan riset, dan reward

3. Khusus untuk beasiswa LPDP, pendaftaran dibuka sepanjang tahun dg periode seleksi tiap bln Feb, Mei, Agust, Nov

4. Kuota tiap tahun 5000 org (total beasiswa DN dan LN)

5. Seleksi Beasiswa LPDP : seleksi administratif dan substantif

6. 13. Jika diterima beasiswa LPDP, sblm brgkt akan ada pembekalan terkait kiat2 bisa survive di kampus tujuan kelak (DN or LN)

14. Beasiswa LPDP mencakup keseluruhan biaya (full shcolarship) selama study termasuk tunjangan keluarga (max 2 org anggota keluarga)

15. Jika berhasil diterima di top 20 univ dunia, akan ada insentif sebesar 50 Jt (Master) dan 100 Jt (Ph.D) selain beasiswa LPDP

16. Beasiswa untuk membiayai 1 org master di LN sampai lulus sekitar 1 M

17. Alumni LPDP sekembalinya dari masa study hrs membayar "hutang" ke negara/rakyat dg berkontribusi lewat program2 alumni LPDP

18. LPDP juga mengalokasikan beasiswa afirmasi (dg kondisi khusus) yg besarnya 30% dari kuota, yakni untuk kondisi sbb:
a. Daerah 3T (terluar, tertinggal, terdepan), atau dg kata lain daerah2 "minus"
b. Untuk ekonomi lemah namun secara intelektual kuat
c. Penerima beasiswa lain namun dibawah kelayakan (misal cm bebas SPP, dll), bisa mengajukan beasiswa ke LPDP

19. LPDP juga menyediakan dana bantuan untuk thesis dan disertasi, tips saat interview: kuasai thesis/disertasi kita, manfaat thesis/disertasi kita apa buat bangsa, dan RAB (rencana anggaran biaya) yg akuntabel

20. LPDP juga menyediakan dana riset, tiap pengusul minimal 3 org dg ketua pengusul hrs bergelar Ph.D.

21. LPDP juga memberi reward jika kita punya publikasi jurnal internasional terindeks scopus cukup dg Impact Factor 0,1 senilai 50jt/jurnal (bayangin aja klo punya 10 jurnal)
