Mission

• Write thesis and obtain a PhD in Physics

Research area :

Development of kesterite thin film solar cells within the framework of an industrial project subject to financing.

• Deposition of kesterite precursor layers by co-evaporation and annealing in a suitable atmosphere
• Preparation of solar cells
• Structural and opto-electrical characterisation of precursors, absorbers and cells
• Development of models for the growth and the opto-electronic properties of kesterites
• Scientific publications, presentations at conferences

Profile

• Master or diploma in physics with very good grades
• Strong background in solid state physics
• Self-motivated and committed
• Independent thinking
• Interest in solar cells
• Good communication skills in English
