Applications are sought from suitably-qualified people wishing to pursue research leading to PhD status under the supervision of leading researchers.
Closing date 3rd February 2014; Studentships will start in September 2014.

Applicants will be expected to hold a minimum of a UK upper second class Honours degree, or equivalent, in an appropriate discipline.
Each full-time UK/EU PhD Scholarship will include fees at the ‘home/EU' student rate and maintenance (£13,726 in 2014/15), subject to final confirmation) for three years, depending on satisfactory progress.
The International PhD Fee bursaries will cover full tuition fees for full-time overseas students for three years, depending on satisfactory progress, but no living expenses.
PhD students at the University of Hull follow modules for research and transferable skills development and gain a Masters level Certificate, or Diploma, in Research Training, in addition to their research degree.
