Requirements:
Applicants should have a keen interest in Machine Learning and hold a Master or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics. 
The candidate should have excellent programming skills (e.g. Matlab, Python, C/C++) and good analytic skills. 
Experience with Big Data in Machine Learning (e.g., Hadoop, MapReduce, GPU computing,...), Data Mining and Data Analysis (time series analysis, visualization,...) are a plus.
Minimum TOEFL Score Requirements:  a score of 600 or higher on the paper-based (PBT) version of the test, or a score of 100 or higher on the Internet-based version of the test (iBT).
