Postdoc position in cognitive neuroscience Oldenburg, Germany

The Neuropsychology lab at the Department of Psychology, Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg, Germany, is offering the post of a

Postdoctoral Researcher 
(pay scale 13 TV-L 100%)

fixed for a period of two years. The post is available from April 1st 2015 or earlier. The post is suitable for part time work.

Qualifications:

Academic university degree(e. g. Master or Diploma)
PhD in psychology, cognitive neuroscience or a related area
Substantial experience in conducting and analysing EEG and/or fMRI studies
Expertise in Matlab
Fluency in written and spoken English
A background in one of the two main research areas outlined below is desirable.
Tasks:

To plan, conduct, and analyse studies in the area of neurofeedback/BCI in neurorehabilitation
Collaboration in studies in the area of visual-temporal attention
Publication of research results in peer-reviewed journals
Supervision of MSc student projects on visual-temporal attention and on neurofeedback/BCI
