PhD Position in Robotics and Machine Learning

Applications are invited for the Professor Sir Richard Trainor PhD
Scholarships in the Department of Informatics at King's College London.
This is a fully funded PhD studentship commencing from October 2015.


The successful candidate will undertake research into data-driven
adaptive and energy-optimal control for robotic systems in long term
operation.


She/he will hold a relevant degree (Computer Science, Mechanical or
Electrical Engineering, or similar) as well as good programming skills
and a strong mathematical background. Experience in robotics and/or
statistical machine learning is a plus.


Nationality: Any.
Deadline:    1st May 2015, 12pm BST
Interviews:  May-June 2015.
Start Date:  October 2015.
